Directions

By Road:

From I-65:

• From I-65 South, take the Cool Springs Blvd (68A) exit and follow Cool Springs Blvd.
• At the first traffic light turn left onto Carothers Pkwy.
• Turn left at the next traffic light onto Gillespie/Meridian Blvd.
• Continue straight towards the CHS building.
• Our center is located in the 3 story building on the right, after Paccini's.

From Airport / I-440:

• From the airport, take I-40 West.
• Follow signs to I-440 West and continue on 440 until you come to I-65 South/Huntsville.
• Stay on I-65 until you reach Cool Springs Blvd (68A) and take that exit.
• Follow Cool Springs Blvd.
• At the first traffic light turn left onto Carothers Pkwy.
• Turn left at the next traffic light onto Gillespie/Meridian Blvd.
• Continue straight towards the CHS building.
• Our center is located in the 3 story building on the right, after Paccini's.
